Parameters:
- culuser
Nama pengguna CheckUser.
- cultarget

- cullimit
Batas baris.
- No more than 500 (5.000 for bots) allowed.
- Type: integer or max
- Default: 10
- culdir
In which direction to enumerate:
- newer
- List oldest first. Note: culstart has to be before culend.
- older
- List newest first (default). Note: culstart has to be later than culend.
- One of the following values: newer, older
- Default: older
- culfrom
